As part of its dock staff placement activities, Prest Management is recruiting Day Supervisors and Night Supervisors to support ground-handling operations in the port of Douala.
Your role
- Supervise and coordinate ground-handling operations on the quay
- Lead, organise and assign teams (tarpaulin operators, collectors, handlers, tally clerks)
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality and productivity rules
- Ensure continuity of operations during day and night shift changes
- Report on activity and escalate any incident
Candidate profile
- Proven experience supervising quay or port operations
- Leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of quay operations and safety rules
- Able to work day or night shifts
- Good command of French
- Rigour, punctuality and a sense of responsibility
